"Edit to respond: if you believe my review is not justified, I'm happy to share history of how I initiated multiple follow up emails and phone calls to ensure this current issue was resolved with little to no communication from your office unless I contacted first, and emails from 3-4 years ago when your office charged me the wrong insurance premiums for 6 months. Unresponsive, terrible communicators, extremely slow service and turnaround on any requests for documents."

"Update: This issue persisted over the span of MONTHS, not days - you are absolutely unable to excuse the terrible communication and mistakes on sick days. I've moved policies from your services, and I will continue to encourage others to avoid your office. I've been a customer here for a little over 4 years. Initially, the process was great, and the staff were responsive and great to work with. In the last ten months, since I switched my life insurance plan to one that exempted me from WA LTC policy, the office has incorrectly billed me 3 or 4 times in 10 months. I don't receive any warning, nor does anyone in the office realize that my policies are incorrect until I receive an incorrect premium or bill and notify their office. I've asked to be supported or helped multiple times over the past 3 or 4 months, and no one has responded or helped. I received one phone call when I demanded clarification, and the agent promised to escalate my case but never did. I've been asking for communication and better responsiveness, but this office doesn't prioritize customer care."
"Hi James. I’m sorry to hear. Team is working diligently to get your billing issue resolved, we are still waiting to hear back from our billing department regarding how to remedy the issue. However that doesn’t excuse the disconnect you feel. My service team is currently out sick, however reviewed your issues as they come in and as resent as yesterday.
