A year later, phone calls and inquiries are not returned in a timely fashion, issues with the State Farm website are not being resolved and with increased premiums the customer service continues to deteriorate. Yee needs to understand basic customer service and listen to customer problems and figure out how to solve them. Unfortunately, the customer service at this agency has gone downhill."
