"I had a terrible experience with this agent and I"ll post a review as many times as it takes. I got "sold" a cash value life insurance from A sales representative whom no longer works there. I was told numbers and figures that were not all close. I didn't realize it until over 2 years in the 15 years of payments. I spoke with Constance Ann about the discrepancy in the information presented to me and the actual policy information, there was nothing she could offer me but words. I was bamboozled into a 15 year mistake and all she can offer me is words is sympathy. She said that I could cancel the policy, but I'd have to eat 10K of my own money I'd never get back. She really didn't take any accountability."

"If they had negative stars, I would have to rate them there. On Oct. 11th, 2024, there was an issue with my autopay. The guy that helped me was actually fine. I realized later that they are only willing to help you if they are taking your money. We resolved it and my payment was processed. A few days later, I got a notice that my premium was going to go up by $20.00 a month ($240.00/yr) and that since my autopay did not go through and I had no coverage...my bank says otherwise. I called on Monday the 21st to talk to someone to figure out those details again and the outrageous increase since I have never had an attributable accident nor a moving violation and spoke to some gal (who should be out of a job) at the front desk who told me that I needed to make an appointment to talk to someone to go over my policies. I told her that I was in healthcare and only had a few Mondays off to get things done. I told her that I needed to talk to someone that day and she said SORRY that there was NO SAME DAY SERVICE. What company would EVER say that?? I did book a phone appointment for Friday the 25th at 3:30 which was cutting it close to my leaving work. Apparently Edgar (the person who was supposed to call me) wasn't into 4 days after the denied request and after after confirming my appointment Friday, to giving me service to go over the 3 accounts I have with them. Don't sprint, RUN from this office!! I love State Farm...so I will be seeking questions and options with another agent."

"When we signed up with this branch a year ago, the level of service was good. A year later, phone calls and inquiries are not returned in a timely fashion, issues with the State Farm website are not being resolved and with increased premiums the customer service continues to deteriorate. Yee needs to understand basic customer service and listen to customer problems and figure out how to solve them. Unfortunately, the customer service at this agency has gone downhill."
