"I recently decided to not renew my car insurance/home insurance with Allstate. My Agent of quite a few years retired. The person who took over didn't bother to send out an email introducing himself. However, I did get a lot of emails telling me to make sure I paid my bill on time. ? I had been with Allstate since I was 16 and now I'm retired. I didn't know who this person was. Deciding to look around, I felt that I got the best quote from State Farm Insurance and the Constance Ann office. Several conversations with Caelen were very helpful and I ended up with better coverage than I had before for less money. You can't beat that. I very much recommend State Farm Insurance and this office in particular. I went to the office in person early on and it is a great staff and a very well run one at that."
